Clinical Leader Fellowship.
OHSU Family Medicine offers a 1-year full-time fellowship position for candidates interested in leadership training in clinical systems. Candidates interested in learning to be a practice medical director are encouraged to apply. Duties will include participation in the leadership of major academic practice network that includes four family health centers, three inpatient teams, and intern with a residency program.
Prerequisites for acceptance: physicians who successfully completed a ACGME residency in family medicine, internal medicine or pediatrics, interest in managing health systems, quality improvement and leadership skills.
Other benefits include: Annual Salary $60,000, sick leave/personal time, liability insurance, health insurance, time off, and funds for conferences. Fellowship does not lead to graduate degree.
