Program Director
Tufts University Family Medicine Residency Program at Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is currently recruiting for a family medicine program director to provide innovative and compassionate leadership to our dynamic faculty/residency practice.
Tufts University Family Medicine Residency at CHA is a premiere 8-8-8 residency program, known for its excellent EBM teaching, full-spectrum family medicine curriculum, including OB, group visits, chronic disease management programs and integrative medicine. We are a P-4 residency program and have 25,000 visits per year in our new state-of-the-art-facility which has 32 exam rooms.
Cambridge Health Alliance is an award-winning, academic public healthcare system which receives national recognition for innovation and community excellence. We are recognized leaders in Massachusetts in our on-going development of the medical home model.
Ideal candidate will be board certified in family medicine, and have several years of progressive clinical leadership experience in an academic setting, demonstrated abilities in curriculum development as well as working with evidence based medicine, health care quality and chronic disease management initiatives. Candidates must possess excellent clinical/communication skills, have a strong desire to provide quality health care to a diverse, multi-ethnic population and
underserved/vulnerable families.
