- Southern - $160,000 starting salary for new residents! Call 1:7. Family physician, outpatient position, five days per week. Health center consists of two physicians and one nurse practitioner. Share call with academic center. Located within the campus of a 330 bed, full medical/surgical care hospital. Newly renovated. First year income guarantee, then RVU second year.
