Community Health Center, Inc. currently seeks experienced Part or Full Time primary care providers as a Family Practice Physician or Family Nurse Practitioner. Come join our team of professionals. We have oppotunities in Danbury and throughout the Central and Southeast CT region. MD must be from approved medical school with completion of an accredited residency program in primary care practice.
