Phoenix, ArizonaAn opportunity exists for a board certified/board eligible, family medicine physician with a passion for clinical medicine. The successful candidate will work in an outpatient setting within a family health center. The facility is part of the Maricopa Integrated Health Care system, which provides care to the underserved population of metro Phoenix, Arizona. Hospital referrals are through Maricopa Medical Center a 450-bed hospital with a Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center, which is a major affiliate of the University Of Arizona College Of Medicine. The position would include employment through District Medical Group Inc. (DMG), a 250+ physician multi-specialty group exclusively contracted to provide patient care and teaching. Candidates must have an M. D. or D.O. degree, valid Arizona license, and be board-certified or board eligible. Casa Grande, Arizona. 35 minutes south of Gilbert/Chandler (Phoenix). Two full-time family medicine physicians needed, board certified only. Four-day work week. Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm. Average 25 patients per day. No hospital coverage. No emergency room coverage. Share after hours/weekend pager. Paid health, dental, vision and malpractice insurances. Four weeks per year for vacation, CME, or personal, plus seven bank holidays paid/year. $175,000 per year base pay. This averages $118.24/hour. Production bonus of 25%.
